Delivery & Freshness Policy
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R 150.00.
Because YUMIE™ Smart Fuel is a fresh, refrigerated product, we take extra care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Online orders are processed and dispatched twice weekly to maintain optimal freshness. For local deliveries, we offer same-day dispatch using insulated cooler packaging to ensure your YUMIE™ Smart Fuel arrives chilled and ready to enjoy. For customers in the Western Cape, we ship overnight to maintain cold-chain integrity and product quality.
As this is a fresh food product, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or compromised during transit. If there are any concerns with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
